vector ultra violet - problem with intensiy of main touch screen

hey to all..

have a problem with the intensity of the main touch screen of our ultra violet... it should be controllable via a wheel like the rigger and the ledbar (setup-desk lights) but doesn´t react at all... anyone´s got an idea, how to fix this...?

would be great.... thanx in advance....

RE: vector ultra violet - problem with intensiy of main touch screen

I have 3 VUV and none of them can adjust the 15" screen.
Compulite support told me that it is possible but not so much .
But as you do , i call it nothing.
To take it down i changed the system layout in XP to a darker one.
I think it was called violet something.
Then i avoid to get blinded of the screen .
But it would be nice if it's possible to fix it the right way.

RE: vector ultra violet - problem with intensiy of main touch screen

First of all sorry for my poor english.

I have tried to adjust my Ultra-Violets main screen just a minute ago and its possible to do it, but the attenuation margin is very slight. Don´t expect to see great changes in the screen backlighting Wink

Hope it helps
